Basic Qualifications
New York State Licensed Guide
A genuine passion for the outdoors, conservation, commitment to Leave No Trace ethics and environmental stewardship.
Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to remain calm and composed in diverse situations.
Excellent wilderness navigation skills, including map reading and GPS use.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and work collaboratively with team members.
Ability to work irregular hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on current season and client demand.
Physical fitness and stamina to endure long hours in outdoor environments and rugged terrain.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Certification in Wilderness First Aid or Wilderness First Responder preferred.
